Books about girls in 6th grade asked 391 days ago by Alisa - 31 answers

I am an advanced 5th grade reader looking for a 200 pg. + book about a 6th grader. I have found a lot of books about 7th and 8th graders but not about 6th graders. Please help!

My 11 year old loved the graphic novel Smile by Raina Telgemeier.

synopsis from amazon.com "When she was in sixth grade, Telgemeier tripped while running and lost her two front teeth. In the years that followed, she went through a torturous series of dental surgeries and repairs, the trauma of which was mirrored by the social struggles she experienced during her adolescence."

Thanks! :)
