Does anyone know the name of a book about a Native American girl named Yannon asked 309 days ago by Tina - 1 answer

It starts with the girl young and with her parents, they seperate from the tribe, her mom dies after childbirth and then her father. Leaving her alone with her younger sister. It has something about a wolf in it. The girls find their tribe, Yannon is married off, but they don't fit in. They leave only to have to come back when Yannon discovers she's pregnant. It ends with her dying giving birth to twins. I am pretty sure her name is Yannon, but it could be something else. The title might have something to do with wolves, not sure. It was my moms favorite. She passed away when I was younger.
