Even though it sounds hokey, surround yourself with positive people who support you emotionally, listen to positive motivational CDs (lean on the words that built you up, not your fears that tear you down), do your research on what you really want to do with your time/life. Now, even though it feels like you are walking a tightrope, its a perfect time to take stock, reconsider who you are, what want to do ....
