Its about a girl who gets a blood doner and she ends up with HIV or AIDS to save her life. and then she somehow ends up going to a ranch and meets a friend but shes slowly dying and she leaves. but she wants to see her friend again or her friend wants to see her.
Please help?:D

I remember reading this book in middle school, by Lurlene McDaniel....she wrote quite a few tear jerkers in regards to teenage girls with life threatening situations..
