I am looking for a book about 2 noble siblings are forced to defend their poor lands from the tyrant king and his bad brother after their father dies. When the King sends his brother to conquer the land, they fight them back out numbered and out supplied. During battle they set traps. The noble girl is out one night and steps in an animal trap. Shortly after she is captured by the enemy. She is brought to the king and tried. Waiting for her punishment she is rescued by a noble family looking to over throw the cruel King.She runs to a village where she tries to hide and with the help again from the nobleman she escapes being capture by the king's men. She is smuggled to his homeland were he signs a treaty with her. They over throw the king and his brother. When she goes to court with the nobleman she signed the treaty with, she falls in love. A male who is very sneaky and a girl just as sneaky.At some point i know they go on a travel and raise eachother in the dark and the rain to a tavern. After they take them down, She marries the nobleman. Her brother also comes to court and falls in love with her best friend. At the end of the book after they are made king and queen She shows him she can do magic. I remember all this but cant seem to find the title anywhere.
