Prose poem in which woman is incapable of dreaming, so dreams vicariously through the narrator's dreams? asked 267 days ago by Alex - 1 answerA couple of years back I read a prose poem in which the narrator describes a woman that she knows who cannot dream, and therefore asks the narrator about her dreams so she can dream vicariously through her. I am not sure the name of the piece or the author, but lately I've been trying to find it again. I originally read it as part of the fictional prose component of the ACT exam way back in 2007 (I'm sure they don't use it anymore), but it really stuck with me. Does this sound familiar to anyone? I know it's pretty vague, and a long shot, but I've never been able to find it. Or possibly it was part of a short story or novel?
