So glad you're interested in one of my all-time favorite childhood series - The Great Brain.

Sadly, the original series of 7 books is only available in hardcover for the first of the 7 books (and the relatively recent posthumous 8th book) After that, it's paperback only.

Would you consider a hunt for used editions in semi-decent condition? Between Amazon, eBay, Alibris.com and ABEBooks.com (which is now owned by Amazon) you'd likely eventually put together a half-decent set.

Hello fans of The Great Brain.
I too love this series. I've own several sets over my lifetime, the first of which I got as a gift around 1980.
One consideration, one I'm probably going to use, is to buy a set of paperback books and have a book bindery
convert them into hard cover/hard bound set for you. The price is not as much as one may think and you'll have
a set that'll last you a lifetime.
Wert Bookbinding, located just northeast of Hershey PA, will be my choice, since I've toured the location and have seen the care and personal touch put into the work they do.
