What is William Faulkner's best novel asked 134 days ago by Peter S. - 2 answers
Hi Peter! I can't say what his "best" is, but my favorite is The Sound and the Fury. A friend who also has an MA in Lit says Absalom Absalom! is his best. I also loved As I Lay Dying, but if you you were to read only one Faulkner and you wanted THE one that is representative of his style, read The Sound and the Fury. Does that help? yes thank you very much!
