information on a book called House Next Door-children's book from 1950's approximately asked 172 days ago by Nancy B. - no answers yet

I don't know the name of the author but it was a great book for a girl. A girl named Julie had a mother who was a pianist and who wanted her to play as well. Julie liked sewing and a family moved in next door by the name of Scott. Mrs. Scott was a great seamstress and helped Julie sew and Julie's mother found that the oldest Scott boy was interested in piano. I want to get a copy for my granddaughter to enjoy and if anyone has any information, I would really appreciate your help.
