Hi,
I am looking for a romance novel that takes place in the 1800s, and starts out in the south but goes to Texas. Plot outline is where headstrong heroine and her sister go out to Texas to meet heroine's fiancee.When they get there, heroine learns she doesn't love fiancee, and doesn't want to marry him. Instead, sister beds the fiancee, and is soon expecting. The fiancee, then out of spite, and being a cad, loses the heroine in a bet... thats about all I can remember... I do remember the heroine ends up in love with the guy that wins her in a bet. 5 think...
